Now is the time to stock up on Natural Vitamin D for the winter. ☀️

For just a few more weeks, in our part of the world, we can still create it with the help of the Sun. Catch it! Make the most of the abundance of late summer before we enter the part of the year when the Sun will no longer be high and strong enough for effective Vitamin D production in the skin.

I want to show you why this is so important.

💛☀️ And why my relationship with the Sun has become one of the important foundations of my own health.

For many years, my Vitamin D remained very low despite taking supplements — between 12 and 20 ng/mL. Because of my health history, this was particularly important for me to monitor.

Today, the story is completely different.

☀️🎉 For the past several years, my Vitamin D levels have been very high — currently above 75 ng/mL — even though I only take Vitamin D supplements very occasionally. I get the majority of my Vitamin D through my conscious relationship with the Sun.

This is my personal experience, not a number I recommend as a target for you. With Vitamin D, more is not automatically better, and an optimal level is not a competition for the highest laboratory result.

🙏☀️ But for me personally, changing my relationship with the Sun coincided with an enormous change in how I feel and in my health. Even at 45 and in perimenopause, I experience my body as becoming more and more vital — something my hormone results also confirm — and I am convinced that a conscious relationship with Light is an important part of my whole story.

A Touching Celebration of Love ❤️🥹💍The main reason for our trip to the Bosnian Pyramids this time wasn’t the tunnels … but the 18th wedding anniversary of Sabina and Semir Osmanagić. ❤️❤️

This grand celebration of a Great Love and the coming of age of their Marriage was an unforgettable day that Garrett and I will both carry in our hearts forever. 🥹🙏

We came from all corners of our part of the world and from abroad … and to the music of Goran Karan, Milica Todorović and an incredible band, we danced and sang like one big family. ❤️ (I’ll share some of it in my stories, because due to the music I can’t post it on my FB and IG feeds. ☺️)

❤️❤️ The Love between Sabina and Semir is such an inspiration.
They are united by their absolute devotion to the Vision of the Bosnian Pyramids, yet their marriage always comes first and remains their priority. 💎💎
Sabina is the Anchor of Strength and stability, while Semir is the Compass to new dimensions, constantly pointing toward new horizons and discoveries.

Together, to me, they are beautiful proof that Love is a force that nothing can stop.
And that Love is also one of our most powerful forms of protection. ❤️

🙏 And it was precisely because of their Love and friendship that, in the end, I was able to be part of this day too.
I almost missed this touching celebration of Love …
After Lotus left, my sciatica “made itself heard” (a consequence of a shattered sacrum from a serious car accident), and nothing seemed to calm it down.
I tried everything.
But Semir, a heartfelt Guardian as always, found a solution in the midst of all the preparations for the anniversary and all the tournaments taking place in Visoko. 🥹🙏
He arranged for me to be seen by an exceptional chiropractor and physiotherapist, who helped me so much that that evening I wasn’t “just” able to walk …
I was able to dance. 💃❤️🙏
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Long live Love. ❤️
Let’s celebrate it.

This entire visit feels so healing, on every level. 🙏🙏

The negative ions, which reach record-high levels in the tunnels, always recharge me, regenerate me and give me so much energy. 💫💫 Even for months afterwards, I breathe more easily and sleep better. 💫💫
Today is a day for the tunnels and regeneration (and the chiropractor) … and tomorrow the most beautiful part and the main purpose of our visit awaits us. 🥰🥰
